Naturopathic Functional Medicine: I wanted to inform everyone that I have started to offer a short first phone call followup within 2 weeks of our initial visit for the same price of $250 (Initial 90 minutes plus up the 15-30 minute phone check in 1-2 weeks after that initial visit). We go over so much in that first session, and you receive such an in-depth plan for your concerns, I have found it to be so helpful to have that extra session to make sure you’re on the right track for success right away. The 2nd visit is usually 45-60 minutes and is now $95-$120 with any lab reviews at that visit or the 3rd visit (depending on the lab). We still review your diet, exercise, sleep, mood, energy, hormones, supplements, stress-management, gut health, homeopathics, and any other questions or plans of action we have started at those longer followups. Massage Bodywork Therapy: I have been taking a few advanced cupping classes, and now have that table heater up and running for the winter as usual. I’ve also finally raised prices, but just to cover some credit card fees : $5 extra if you use a card (reflected on prices online). If you are using cash/venmo/check/cashapp, etc that does not charge me a % fee, so you will be getting a $5 discount from the online prices, reflecting my old 2022/2023 prices until April 1, 2024. Starting April 1, 2024 I will be raising those old prices to match the online prices ($5 more than last year=the same price the card prices were just raised to). I wanted to keep my fees the same, but inflation has gotten to us all, and I am sorry.
I still have my package pricing, which saves you a few dollars each session as long as you use them in time.
If a few dollars keeps you from seeing me and thus feeling better, please reach out so I can work with you around $$ (discounts, barters, etc).
