Weather is getting slightly warmer! Snow is gone for the year (I hope..). Time to start planning for 2017 Spring and Summer. Spring is always a great time to undergo a cleansing of the body and mind. There are many ways to do this, but I like to lead a group with a gentle, whole food, diet and lifestyle purification cleanse.
I have used many cleanses over the years for myself and my patients. I found that the Standard Process 21 day cleanse is gentle, healing, and really makes healthy clean eating a standard in your daily routine even after the 21 days. I edit the cleanse slightly, reducing the supplement load for most people. The shakes are simple and great, but the pill dosage I reduce and then increase during the cleanse.
I enjoyed the group setting like last year, so we will again be forming a private Facebook group for this cleanse. Here we can each share recipe ideas, successes, and difficulties together.
