I’m so excited to unveil the release of my Foundations of Wellness program. For too long, I’ve nurtured an idea that I’m finally transforming into a reality – a comprehensive program that embodies education about health and wellness with successful steps towards personalized optimized wellness. Throughout my two decades in the professional health and wellness industry, I’ve consistently utilized these foundational health pillars with my patients and clients in varying degrees on their journey towards wellness. And now, drawing from this, I’m consolidated, expanded, and organized these pillars in to a complete program meant to take you from the ground up to mastering your own optimal wellness. I can’t wait to share these principles with a wider audience through this program that encapsulates the FOUNDATIONS OF WELLNESS – the successful steps towards optimized health and chronic disease prevention.
Think of these foundations as the bedrock on which lasting health, strength, and resilience is built. Just as a sturdy foundation is essential before constructing anything enduring, we must establish a solid footing in our pursuit of well-being. I have seen a huge upswing of supplement brands and choices in the last decade or so, yet I have also seen more chronic diseases, pain, discomfort, and even weight gain, than ever in my new patients and clients. We need a strong foundation in health and physiology before adding diet fads and too many supplements to the plan. Rather than merely supplementing an imperfect lifestyle, we must first ensure our foundation is built with strength and resilience of mind body and spirit: this is why I have created my Foundations of Wellness program for the public.
The group is FREE. The program will have a fee and is where more information, education, and personalized attention will be included.
We have gone too far in the wrong direction of “unnatural” and outweighed “efficiency” over basic health.
This program is meant to bring you back to your own natural ability to be, and feel well.
